As class begins, we'll join together with Now.
We'll let the outside go and bring our attention nearby.
We'll introduce ourselves to our bodies.
We'll learn through movement.
We'll warm up, stretch, tap...
We'll breathe and do some light core work.
Grateful, aware, alive...
One on one, or in a group...
Our energy of health and well-being merges within.
Connection to True Self.

We'll use our core and lower half to stabilize us.
We'll draw on that foundation.
Our upper half, light and flowing...
We'll connect.
A class with the same attendees can grow in the movements together. This makes for a palpable energy.. We'll end up smiling in similar discoveries..
If someone passes by and checks us out...
They might mistake our movements for Tai Chi.
A light warm up and we're on our way.
Isometric movements with your push, your drive, your pace.
Curls, push-ups, chest, legs, core...
Breathing and shaking to ramp up the heart and lungs.
Exhausted, spent...
Soreness.

If available, we'll use a chair and a wall.
After finding our level, we'll push ahead to the next noticeable resistance. Find here, breathe, and hold. Continue breathing and watch discomfort dissipate. Your body eases into it. You can follow the pain as it moves away. Notice the alleviation. This first resistance isn't strong. Now, you've broken through, but don't get careless. The next push is enough forever. You're beyond the walking daily ability and past the first barrier. You've totally improved your overall. These 2 levels safely mature to new ranges.
With awareness, this final push opens the mind to realizing capabilities. It's comfortable enough, not worrisome; beneficial without the ego wanting more. It's this push that shows itself once the exercise is complete. It's this breakthrough that produces sweat and the opening of the lungs and chest. Little fibers are tearing apart and healing stronger all over. Oxygen clearing the brain. A sense of something deeper than accomplishment. More of a connection to being alive.
